Cadillac Forums: Dyno today made 411HP on a Mustang
Cam only and made 411 and 37* something torque. I have not picked up the car yet from the tuner, but Im pretty happy with those numbers for just a cam only car. I will post up the dyno sheet later. I know peak HP mean shit, but it will be damn fun to drive now. Wonder what it would of made on a dynojet?
It is a TQ 2 cam I want to say its 232/234 595/598 on a 114LSA. Sounds very mild and pulls like a mother! BTW when I say cam only car, this generally means now head work but with bolt-on's. Sorry about that.

As in header back? What cats are you running if any? A service tech would never notice a different cam even if he had to tear down the entire engine right?

There shouldn't be any reason for the cam to come out. If so it would probably be by a machine shop. And they could check it, but it depends on what happened to the engine. Oh, and any aftermarket LSx cam I've seen has grind numbers etched on the end. Never really looked at a factory one, but it may have some ID on it as well.
On the other hand this is what the cam, that blow03ss has, sounds like. They might notice.
Im running RT cats, your tech will know there is something up with the cam, unless he is a knob. Just do your best to find a service manager who is not an ass, tuff I know. I finally got to drive it hard today and man does it pull.
