Sorry to hear about it. It just feelslike you've been violated. Someone took My V! earlier in the year. It was the only thing I left in my car.

Gated communities are only an inconvenience to the residents who live there.

Not sure about the side glass costs, but you should be able to call a couple of places and get a good estimate.
