Camera Mount Testing....

I just received this camera mount and it was pretty stable today as I drove around the neighborhood - It's on youtube somewhere. I now have two - Hoyt bullet cam and this one. If anyone is looking for a "sticky pod" I have a brand new one.

Next will be the track or a photo shoot and run with my car club.

I put a few pieces of cloth over the headrest bars to lesson the friction and prevent scratching. Also, I took the small square end piece off the end of the clamp to fit ours.

I was only checking the stability of the new mount....not racing at all.

Mostly okay, but did get a little shimmy from time to time when taking off and some bumps(?).

I agree but might be a quick last minute sort of alternative for some who don't want to spend $800.00 plus on say a Chase cam. The Chase cam and their site is great and that bullet cam is the tops.

I spent more than half of that on the Hoyt system which I'm in the process of checking out...
