I did get my money back. You might have a harder time being it only a few hundred for the fogs. I have a set if your still looking.

On the one hand desperate people do some pretty stupid and desperate things.
On the other, running an internet scam and attempting to defraud an insurance company sounds like a pattern to me.
You guys should contact the prosecuting authorities and report your complaints. If his lawyer is trying to make him look like a stupid desperate person, you will get your money back.

be careful not to exceed your 60 day claims limit as paypal states. If he's saying youll recieve stuff by the end of the month make sure its not over 60 days since you payed him via paypal or there may be little you can do. Paypal isnt willing to get into claims more than 60 days old, so if thats the case and thats what he is trying to get you to do, request a refund and submit a claim immediately! |
