Does anyone have any experience running these tires (Dunlop SP Sport Maxx XL) on their car? I picked up a set on tire rack for around 480 after rebate. I figured for the price I would give them a shot and if the suck I'll just burn them up for fun.

Re: Dunlop SP Sport Maxx XL

Have them, not a bad tire at all compared to RSA run-flats I had before. Did have a problem with balancing, Tire Rack sent me a replacement tire...

Dont have to many miles on them so cant say about durability. No noise from them at speed. They do seem to tram-line a bit more than the RSAs did.

Re: Dunlop SP Sport Maxx XL

Had mine installed last week.
Ride is definately improved and they are quiet. They also hook up very well (striaght line traction). Not too sure about cornering yet. The car definately feels different. I believe I can feel the sidewalls giving around corners.

All true. But they are also phenomenal in the rain.
