differences in specter works spoiler VS Cadillac version

Id like to know the differnces between the optional spoiler no offered by Cadillac (the one thats flushly mounted to the 3rd brake light.....and the specter works spoiler which is also mounted to the 3rd brake light. They look very similar...I was wondering what if any are the differences.....The little fins (on each side) if i recall were longer on the specter works significantly.

I don't have any pic's on this comp but I can tell you that the stock Caddy spoiler is perfect. Fit and finish. I was looking at various types before pulling the trigger and IMHO it looks the best on the car...

I didn't have any fitment issues with the Specter spoiler. Finish of course depends upon your bodyshop.

I was under the impression that Spectre was suppling GM with the new spoiler??? Don't know for sure but I heard it somewhere.

The GM Sport package spoiler comes pre-painted in three colors - Black, Silver and White Diamond

That blows. Cadillac never figured that us infared owners would want one? Or are there that few of us that it wasn't worth offering one?

I'm not sure why they don't offer it in infrared. They offer the sport package grille but no spoiler. We have had pretty good luck with repainting the silver ones.

Black & Silver are by far the most popular color choices, so that might have been part of the reason.

if you were to order one in infrared would it be repainted at Caddy's expense or ours? seems like discrimination to me ... why's it always gotta be a black thing!!!
