If you want to sell it quickly, price it at about 33% of the wholesale price at the dealer.
Keep in mind that many potential buyers are going to strip it down and repaint it. With some luck, you might find someone looking for a black hood.
Also keep in mind that it is extremely difficult to ship a hood. It is so large that it will get damaged, no matter how well you package it.
Talk to the body shop manager at your local Cadillac dealer. He might know another shop that is looking for one. Try the parts manager too. He might even put up a sign at his parts counter. Slip him a gift certificate for a nice steak somewhere.
