These represent the part numbers that are "different" than the regular CTS. Upgrade at your own risk, only posted to help you out. Can be ordered at www.gmpartsdirect.com for cheaper than dealer!

I need the rubber extension that is mounted under my air dam. The left side has been ripped completely off. This had to have been a defect from the factory as there is absolutely no damage to the underside of the vehicle and the "tear" is clean. The force needed to rip this from the car would've certainly left evidence and there is none. My guess is that the piece was installed with a crack or tear that undermined the integrity of the piece. A trip to the dealer to "bitch" is in order.
MISCREANT tells me that they do fit and they have them installed on two of their standard CTS models. So I ordered the CTS-V grille today. At least I hope it was the CTS-V grille as I used the posted link to GM Parts Direct and ordered the grille number that was posted above. With S+H it was just over $200. That is less than half the price of the E&G set but it is only for the upper main grille.
I think it will look C:coolgleam :coolgleam L!!
If anyone can give me step by step on the grill removel it would be greatly appreciated. I'm going to have to remove on CTS-V to instal the front laser sensors for my Escort SRX. It shouldn't be to difficult, but if someone has already done, it could make my install easier.
That is the price for the V grill?! I must be dreaming or missing something...
The opening dimensions are the same, right?
How do I get this overnighted?

I have ordered the Front Facia, and two front bumper extensions (the three things I KNOW I need). I'll post results as to what other parts can be "retrofitted"...
Oh great, just what we need... CTS-V fakers... I havent seen one in real life since no one seems to have one around here and havent had the time to see autoshows or go to dealers; and now that people are going to be faking the apperance of regular CTS's on the road... :want:
It kind of brings a "ricer" attitude to the car. *cough* VTEC stickers *cough*
If the government had their way we would all be driveing identical Cimmerons if we wanted luxury and gas mpg. 4 cylinder for the regular croud and V6 for the high perf croud.
Can you get the part number of the V instrument Cluster. I have had my Analog Clock "fixed" and replaced 4 times:banghead:. I am ready for the upgrade.
Thanks
Tony A
PS this attachment shows the grille on my silver CA package stick.
