I'm really happy with the way they came out. I love the blacked out look and I like the way the spokes allow the brakes to be seen a little more clearly than the stock setup

All I need to find now are black lugs and wheel locks ...

I asked for a semi-gloss black and was happy with the results. The glossy black looked a little too shiney for me and the flat black made it look like they were all dirty. It was not expensive to do either. Paid $120 for the prep, coating and clear ... nothing wrong with that

Excuse the dirt on the car ... it's been raining pretty much everyday here and washing the car properly is impossible

I put these on my car, if you go with these ones, call them as you will need to order an additional four lugs.

Those are the best blacked out wheels I've seen yet! The type of rim really makes a difference.

Nice!!

Re: Powdercoated my GM Optional Wheels (pics included)

Sorry, but I've never liked those wheels and now, blacked out, I still don't. And you went through the process in blacking out the wheels and didn't powdercoat the mesh in the grilles? You blacked out the wrong part...

Part of understanding color appreciation is how colors blend and contrast with each other. When you take a spray gun and shoot the entire car in black, that's color unappreciation. The OEM distinction of subtle use of colors mixed with stainless and aluminum give it distinctive class. Neutralizing those make it bland.
