GB interest in Embroidered V headrests

I want a set in black to put in on my tan interior - Anyone want to trade out theirs? My tan for your black? Or is there a way to just get the black covers?

I believe you can order the headrest covers from GM Parts(Read it somewhere in this forum).

If read this entire thread, a few guys were doing all four headrests. Someone pointed out that doing just the front two might be a little less in your face ... I agree.

Also, tx is right, the part nos. for each color are posted somewhere, but can't recall where (maybe here in this thread?). Personally, I removed mine and sent them in to be done ... got 'em back in about 10-ish days or so and took 15 minutes to re-install. 'Tis the only mod the wife has noticed.

For those of you who have gotten them done, are these logos actually embroidered into the leather or are they tacked and sewn on like a patch? I'm interested in getting my four headrests done. I emailed Grant yesterday, awaiting response. What's the difficulty level in removing the headrests and unstuffing them? How about turn around time to get them back?

The interior color is light grey from the wife's 2005 V. According to GM, only 25 cars from that year were ordered with that interior. Those headrests look fabulous and will be for the wife's birthday. Outstanding work, Grant!!
