2 sets(4 headrest) = 139.10
*These prices include return shipping. Insurance(which is recommended) is extra. Express delivery is 18.80 extra. Note: The prices below are for 4 headrest, not 2!!!
If I get 5 - 7 I will drop the price 20 dollars for 2 sets of headrest!
If I can get 8 and more I will drop the price by 30 dollars for 2 sets of headrest.

F | If the turn out is anything like you said, I will take care of you. But I only have like 3 out of the 15 for sure group. I like to get this done so that everyone can get the 30 off price. We will see. I will extend the GP till Friday 02/24/06.

The pages for the front describes removing the cover. The pics are approx 225k in size each for anyone on dial-up, be aware. http://www.ciws.net/ctsv/frontheadrest.jpg http://www.ciws.net/ctsv/rearheadrest.jpg

As far as the leather goes, look for the seam between the steel shafts and spread it open, and it will begin to pop open and then you can work the leather off from there. It's hard to find the proper terminology to describe it, but once you fiddle with it a bit, you'll figure it out quickly enough ... it's really not that bad. |

First...push in the adjustment button on the left plastic 'thingy' where the headrest pins go into the seat. Raise headrest until it stops at the topmost position. Next on the right thingy, youll see a small hole...push a paperclip into that and with light upward pressure, remove headrest.
2. remember to mark which headrest is which...
3. Once you get all your headrest assemblies off, take em somewhere warm or hit em with a minute or two of hair dryer to warm em up good so the leather will be a bit more pliable.
4. The leather is tucked into the underside of the headrest, and youll need to pull it out, starting at the sides by the metal of the headrest pin. Dont be afraid, its leather, not paper, it wont rip. Give a good tug to get it started, then youll see how it goes together.
5. The internals of the headrest is as follows: Pins and foam assembly encased in a plastic protective wrap, foam rubber "wrap" and finally the leather outer.
6. I compressed one side of the headrest foam and pulled it right out. Its really tough if you try to back the whole thing directly out, you need to cant it to one side while compressing the other side.
7. The headrest foam and plastic wrap will slide right out.
8. Send to Grant for kick ass embroidery job.
Q's??? ask.
