pics of 20 inch chrome rims - ditched the runflats

So, I'm having my stock wheels chromed and got talked into a set of 20inch rims while I wait. The ride is actually smoother without the runflats and the cornering is better. I've lost just a little bit on the 0 to 60, but other than that it grabs the corners better.
    Here's some pics.

Just curious, did the tire pressure monitors fit?

Re: pics of 20 inch chrome rims - ditched the runflats

Although I do like them, and though I would like to get some 19 - 20 rims one day, I feel our cars REALLY need to be lowered to look right on bigger rims.

the 'thin' black line of the sidewall just doesn't sit with me given the cap above the tire.

If someone can just find a reasonably priced way of dropping our cars about 1.5 inches......

I know that lowering the car will make the 20's you've installed look better but, do you all think some 22's would really fill up the wheel well? I thought 19's looked small on the V's and figured some 20's will help. However after looking at this nice Redline, I think some 22's would fill up the fender well a little better. Anyhow, nice way to wait for the stocks to get chromed.

See what i mean... I run 20's too.. I maade up forr the hp loss, but it does hang the corners tough. It dropped my slightly as well. I love them..
Some of you guys out there i know you dot like the big whel scene.. but that is not all what it is about. They have really conservative looking 20's just like the stock ones around. MY wheelhops issue quit the day i went to 20's also.
If there is a way for some of you non forgivers to give it a try for a day, i think you might be suprised. thats just my 2 cents,

Maybe it just depends on the color of the car or style of wheel but, your 20's look very nice. Any chance you can share the width of the wheels, offset of front wheel, offset of back, tire size for front, and tire size for back? I'm about to get some forged wheels and your information can help me figure this out without going .

I got the same wheels on my Black V. I get nothing but compliments everywhere I go. I am running BFG's T/A KDW tires, 245/35/zr20 frt and 285/30/zr20 rear. I am really impressed with the performance of these tires over the stock runflats. What tire and size are you running?

255/35/20 SUMITUMO Front wheel has a 1 1/2 lip the rear has a 2 1/2 lip. not sure of width of rims. In the back there's only enough space to slide a credit card in b/w the rim and caliper.

On the contrary, getting 22s will make the wheelgap look even worse. The less the sidewall, the smaller the tire, the more that gap is magnified. CTSVonfire, I love the black V, of course, like the rims, but it looks jacked up. If going bigger than 19s, the V really must be lowered. Otherwise, the stockers on the stock height look the best. IMO, of course.
