    TPMS with new wheels?

I searched the FAQ's and still am unsure of something. I am buying a new set of wheels/tires and am curious if the normal TPMS sensor matching procedure will work? Read somewhere that some wheels may not work with TPMS? I need to know what I am dealing with before I purchase these wheels. help!

Assuming that the new wheels have compatible sensors installed, there should be no reason the standard key fob procedure wouldn't work.

If you buy compatible sensors to install in the wheels, then yes, they will have compatible sensors.

Sorry, I misunderstood what you were doing - I thought the Forgestars were going to be a 2nd set of wheels (like 1 for winter, 1 for summer). Yes, you can take the TPMS sensors off the current wheels and use them with the F14s.

so kind of going with what you were saying, how hard is it to remove/replace the sensors?

    ----------

rep at Mod Bargains is saying that a new set of sensors will run $350, but that seems high compared to what I have seen from other places.
