I decided on the Sp16's. I'm going to do black on the inside and chrome on the outside. Does he mount the tps onto the wheels?

These wheel they can definitely make for the V:

Lemme get this right from you tire expert guys... As far as drivability (putting tire rotation aside)

What would this allow for 275 front and back? or is it better to have say 245 front tire and 275 back?

Or actually would 285's fit in the rear?

    285 35 19's fit perfectly on the 19x10 rear and 245 40 19's fit perfectly on the 19x8.5 front

For the CCW's, they recommend 245/40/19F and 275/35/19R.

CCW is great to do business with.

Personally I've been wanting to do the SP16's in all black like the Katech car. On a lowered Platinum V, that would look intense.

Thumbs up Re: CCW Wheel (Update)

I'm in the process of getting some 19x8.5f 19x10r sp16a's in black chrome. I was gonna go with black on the inside with the chrome lip but didn't offer it. I'm getting the tps mounted on there wrapped with some ps2's.

    There's a 4-8 week waiting period argghhhhh!!!
    ordered! w00t!

yeah i know i'm bumping an old thread....but...

anybody try 285/35/19 on their 10" rears yet? with the small spacer I have, they should work. According to Michelin's site, the 285 is only .5" wider, so if I have that much space between "things" and my current 275 i should be cool eh?

    thanks tire guys

    Re: CCW Wheel (Update)

When we were looking at my 10's in the rear there was plenty of clearance (I may have a different offset). We decided a 10.5" rim would fit easily and there's a possibility that a 11" would tuck under nicely. As for wider rubber, we anticipate that a 305 would fit nicely, but the problem is finding a 305 (I did find one and it was a Ferrari tire).

So, to answer your question, I dunno on your setup, but mine, definately.

...there's no way... unless you have serious suspension mod's... if you're still stock, have your wheel shop recheck their measurements between wheel and rear trailing arm.

There was about an inch or two (to the best of my recollection as I have had enough beer between then and now to kill an Irish football team) of clearance in the tightest of places. When I finally get my front wheels returned to me so I can have them put back on, I'll take pics of the clearance while the car is in the air.
