You're welcome. Please note that it goes around it and the plastic (actually aluminium) pops out, had them fit the leather exactly as the airbag deploys.

That's weird. I've seen a picture of the CTS airbag that popped out, but did not crack that way.

Everything looks awesome. Anything that rubs I would work to correct that before something bad happens... I see slammed cars all the time with jacked up fenders and it just ruins the whole thing. I'm sure you've got it under control though with the adjustable coils. That suede steering wheel would be so nice in MN when it's -10 out, doesn't zap the heat out of your hands like the stock cold leather.

All three rubbing is plastic lining only, nothing is touching the actual fender, so i should be good. Annoying sounds but nothing harsh enough to make me raise it lol

Those rims. Where did you get them? I love those. Did you do the 5 lug conversion? Or have the rims drilled?

Thanks. Got my wheels from elementwheels. They are drilled for 6 lug. Weren't to expensive actually.

A Very nice looking V! Has the grill been replaced or is it empty? I like the black hole look.

I'm lost..... The Grill is clearly there lol. It's just blacked out with plasti dip.... assuming we're talking about the front grill with the caddy logo.

I looked again, and it is definately there. I got so taken with the image and with your statement the grill hadn't arrived yet, I assumed it might not be there. At any rate, your car looks really great.

gotcha. I ordered another grill because my frame is busted. But yes, the grill is currently installed. Just have to plasti dip the new one and then put it in. Might wait until next year, after winter.

Tech Q, How does the shift knob "KNOW" what gear you are in ?
    thanks.

You"teach" the knob what gear to display depending on its position. So I'm assuming there is some kind of gyrometer inside of it (which would explain the price)

Car looks great, wish i had time to swing by and see it.

I would think you might have a permanent present code for airbag deployment which would need to be cleared using some sort of dealer tool.
