So you bought a used knob for $117 when a new one is $108?

Re: WTB - CTS-V shift knob

Really makes the car... Would've been nice to have a stock from the factory somewhat of a better knob.

I went with the suede. It really fits the theme of the interior like the seats.

Are these weighted any differently/better? Any install issues, or direct fit?

Re: WTB - CTS-V shift knob

Idk about weight, i personally just touching up some minor visibilities for now. I think the car performs just fine the way it is without "racing it"

    But it's direct...

    So it's not a V2 knob, it's a V1 aftermarket piece? Cool! I love the look!

Cadispeedster - where'd you get the dash/trim kit? Are they available in a carbon fibre look or anything like that? How'd they adhere to the rubbery-plastic trim pieces like the centre console...?

You can put a V2 knob into a V1? I did not know that...

Does it just go right on?
