    It's a chromatic aberration caused by the projection lens. In essence, different wavelengths of light are emitted from a lens at slightly different angles. It's how a prism separates light into its component colors, but in this case, it's happening on a very small scale. If you look closely at your picture, you can see the entire rainbow in there.
