Not to tease you guys, especially shadybx7, but got two boxes plunked down in my driveway this morning ... Labor Day weekend, no less! ... and just had to post up some pics. There're better looking than I had thought they would be. Gorgeous, in fact.
I'll get 'em on the car next Wednesday or Thursday and post up some more pics.
Two boxes, one of each size wheel in each box:
Double boxed for protection:
Don't know how others do it, but these come with a shower-cap-type protector on them:
Slip the cover off, and they look great (I left the center cap in the box):
Now, trying to imagine them on my car:
I'll order tires this weekend and get them mounted and on the car next week some time. I'll post up more pics at that time.
Any thoughts on how these Satin Black Linea Corse's would look on a Redline V? I will not black out the grille. Should I just hold out and get the Hyper Black version?

Flat black would probably look great on a Redline V. I have the HyperBlack on mine, but debated on flat black to hide brake dust. The flat black may not have the chipping issues of the HyperBlack as well.
So I don't want to read through the whole thread to maybe find the answer. But I'd like to get the matte black ones for my red v. Where can I buy them? Or should I just google and shop around?
Don't take this the wrong way... I heard these are made in like China or something. Is the quality sufficient for track days or is it a show over go wheel? I have gotten a little sketched about it after seeing a mustang break a "racing" wheel at Fontana last year. Luckily he wasn't doing 140mph around the banked oval.
Like I said don't take it the wrong way, I love the look of em and was considering buying them.

Its not the price that bothers me. The mustang I was talking about was running CORE wheels that are like $2500. I am jjst sketched about quality of wheels and stuff like that. If you break one at the wrong time you could get jacked up. I know it is totally weird that i am thinking that but like i said, saw it on the track, and it sketched me out. The team dynamics wheels are the same price and they are perfectly fine from all accounts I have read.
Well, I'd never heard of that Cor, either , but you're right, that's probably what Ry was referring to. I'd be frickin' livid if I was the owner of that Mustang! Certainly seems as though Cor is speaking out of both sides of their mouth on that one.
With that said, that Cor design doesn't exactly scream, "I am designed for track use!" at me. Regardless of what their website said, that very open design with narrow spokes just wouldn't give me much confidence. For the same reason I wouldn't be inclined to track my LC Venetos, but I would feel OK tracking the LC855s. Nothing scientific about it, just gut feel.
Fuzzy is running 285s in the rear but he's on Forgestar F14s, not the Linea Corses. You might be able to sneek the 285s in the rear with the Linea Corses, but don't know for certain. Depends on your arms and whether (and how much) you're lowered or not, I'd suppose.
