    V Dash Badge

I really like the "V" emblem - so I decided to add one to the dash. I'm diggin' it.

(It's funny how much of a kick I get out of any silly little mod I do to this car - it reminds me of adding a piece of chrome to the Harley.)

Looks ok to me. Hopefully it doesn't kill the passenger in case of an airbag deployment.

LOL. I don't think it's coming off the dash panel - so that shouldn't be a problem.

That placement is about the best, IMHO ... if you're going to do it.

It's exactly where I had mused about putting one. I declined.

Thanks! The phone mount is just from Verizon - generic to the Droid. But I had the charger hard-wired.

I like it, but mine would have to be more subtle, like the sts-v dash... I wonder if you could get that small emblem off the plate of the sts replacement...

Like shadys placement a bit more,it follows the contour better like the trunk emblem..

I like shady's placement too! I thought about that for a long time - whether to make the badge parallel to the bottom of the panel (like shady did) or parallel with the top of the dash. I ended up deciding on the second option. Having a bit of OCD, I actually ran a line across the louvers of the inboard vent (which also appear parallel to the top of the dash) to make sure everything appeared orderly.

I don't really like the V badge inside either...

IMO, if you want the V logo somewhere in the car, floormats are the best looking option.

    Re: V Dash Badge

Everything that's right with the V emblem on the STS-V (beautiful!) is what's wrong with that big ole V you guys are putting on here. Way too tacky. But that's just this man's opinion so please take it as such.

Tacky? Gosh, now I'm a little hesitant to post pictures of my mudflaps with the chrome naked ladies on them. And I was so proud.
