    Beardog got some shiny new shoes...

    All,

    Beardog just got his stocks back from the guy who did his wheels in Black nickel. And no it's not the new Obama nickel. Reference picture of his vehicle as a reminder to all.

    I don't know but I wouldn't put those rims on a V. They are too shiny. First time you push the brake Mr. Brembo will poo all over them.

    Thanks for posting these Chooey. I will post pics this weekend after I get the tires mounted. The pictures don't really do them justice. The color changes from smokey looking chrome to gloss charcoal black depending on how the light hits them. I will be selling my stock accessory wheels also.

    I have Hawk ceramic pads. Very little dust and no noise.

    Nicely done. I am putting my hawks on this weekend., can't wait. Spendy pads, but all the money saved on Simple Green for weekly cleaning and my oh so precious time, they are most worth it.

    Looking forward to pictures with the meats and on the V.

    Those are some great looking rims, can't wait until we see the final photos! Ok now down to business, where, and how much approximately, if you don't mind. Just getting ready to have a set done in chrome but these are alot nicer.

    how did you do it? Just buy a set done like that from a vendor or did you buy your own set and send them to get done? Mine have some defects that would need fixed I guess prior to any coating.
