One thing's for sure, their doing better than the dollar right now. Maybe I should have invested more in these.

Oh well I'd rather have my set on my car than sold to the highest bidder. I wonder how hard it is to make these??? Making one set shouldnt be anything but time consuming but producing 20 sets could be a challenge.
I may go see how much lexan is and find out the best way to cut it if I have time today.

I used the remove and glue method for the sides and fogs. If you cant find anyone to do it I can ask what he will charge. |

I thought of using VHT but 5 coats them 2 coats of clear is alot. We just mixed black paint and clear coat. 3 coats later we were done and its not so thick that it will chip easy. The other side of that is I've never heard of the VHT with cleaer chipping either. I've just seen paint jobs that get real thick tend to chip easy. |

I wasn't clear on that in my post. I have zero patience to wet sand it smooth again. |

I just did the holden knob and boot. I love it, but really like this. Nice work. What is the height from the console to the knob top? length of throw from , say, 3-4?
I shortened the throw with a B&M and then added the holden knob which is not internally drilled as deep so it sat a little higher than I preferred hense adding some throw length back in that the the B&M shortened.
overall the throw was less even after I drilled the knob deeper inside.
This looks sweet! |

I was on the early early list from yourgmsolutions for the clear fogs. I think the famous "Vecstasy" style ones are a shade darker if I remember correctly. Mine are sitting on my desk with the locktite. I really need to just DO that already |
