I don't think the hyper black photo shop does the colour justice. I had hyper black wheels on my 2004 Forester XT and it look good. Mind you the forester silver is a few shades darker than the caddy.

That said, I signed up for Gun Metallic - I was think of changing that to Hyper Black...

My FTX had a STI VF39 turbo and IC, headers, full exhaust. It suprised a lot of people! It was great in the snow, but boring. The V (w/ maggie) is a handfull in the snow and I enjoy it!

You have a tough decision to make Both colors look great on Silver cars and I always recommend either when our customers ask for suggestions, ultimately it will come down to personal preference. Gun Metallic is a nice contrast on silver as it's a darker shade and give an aggressive sporty look. Hyper Black is brighter and gives almost a polished look in direct sunlight, definiately a flashier color that looks great on silver.

Glad to see that Dan finally got off his ass and got this going. Dan sent me an email a couple weeks ago while I was still at sea and I had him put me on the list for Hyper Black. I just pulled into Guam yesterday and finally got to see the actual thread. Hooray!

I've tried to avoid talking about staggered setups in the original thread, mostly because I wanted to get a deal, any deal, off the ground. My hope was (and still is) that if we get an initial batch of wheels ordered and on some cars, and people can see that they fit right and look good, it will generate enough interest that people would be willing to order more wheels from Dan/Rota, including (hopefully) a staggered setup. I, too, would be interested in a staggered setup, but for now I'm ordering the Torques because it's the option that the voting tended towards.

The Torque was the wheel style that got the most votes in my original thread, but as Dan has pointed out, it just won't support a staggered setup with our big-ass rear brakes and deep positive offset. The 6-spoke Boost, which IMO is a clean, tough-looking wheel and would match up great with our 6-lug hubs, would (I think) be do-able in a staggered 18x8.5/9.5" setup. So perhaps that can be the next style, but for now we need to get a couple/few more people interested in the Torques so we can get this show on the road!
