Not sure on the color...
Here is a stab at the royal bronze color...not quite bright enough... |

The wheels look great! I'm still on the fence due to the stock size. | The 9.5" on the front has yet to be done, I think someone on the Forum has 19 X 9. Someone also claimed to have 275s at all corners, but can't remember who. With an 8.5" upfront you can run a 255, which is plenty. I am sure others (TBJS?) can comment on over/understeer issues.
BOT, those rims are damn nice for the price, looks like the crappy economy has some upside. |

Sorry Shady, i edited mine after re-reading your post. I just saw the word "photoshop" and got ahead of myself. I too would like to confirm they fit, and what they look like first if that is at all possible. |

Wow- it only took 5 years for someone to find an inexpensive, lightweight, non-ghetto looking wheel for the CTS-V. Congratulations wheeldude, and thanks for joining the forums.

I agree.. it looks nice and this is the first thing I've considered dropping $ on since I have little plans to mod this car up.. I'm a bit skeptical of "light" though at the price listed.. even if they weren't it's a good wheel at a good price but I'm curious. |

Can you post a better picture of the hyper black? I'm in on the wheels but I cant decide what color would look best.
Depending on the better pic of the hyper black, its that or hyper silver. | Hyper Black is a very neat color that changes depending on the lighting conditions. With direct sunlight it looks almost like a polished wheel, with little light the wheel has a black chrome look to it
Hyper Black

I'm interested in Full Royal Sports Bronze, Gun Metallic, or Hyper Black..
also Please post some more pics.. Thanks | We do not have a non ps'ed photo of these wheels on a CTS-V. Patrick O has been very helpful with this project and took exact measurements of the front/rear calipers so we could create a template for all caliper clearance testing. We were able to confirm proper brake caliper clearance and center cap clearance with these measurements. As mentioned we will fabricate a new 6 lug pcd for this special order when we make the wheels.
Here are larger images of the colors you requested
Full Royal Sports Bronze
Hyper Black
Gun Metallic Quote:

like 8.5 front...10 in rear...i just dont know what the spacing offset would have to be for clearance | A staggered setup with this model is not possible. We do have a 18x9.5 Torque wheel however this model is designed for RWD applications with smaller brake calipers. The wheel does have significant spoke concave which limits caliper clearance. To make the 18x9.5 wheel fit we would need an offset in the +20 range which is not ideal for the CTS-V.

How much do they weigh (approx)?
P.S. Still dreaming of forged 19" but that won't happen..

I originally wanted gunmetal, but I'll join the crown by saying that my Redline needs the Full Royal Sports Bronze. Badly. Can't wait!
Edit #1: not bronze, but the full royal bronze, for sure
Edit #2: how much might it be to throw in a fifth wheel? (Spare in the tub, eh)
Edit #3: could we get full-size pictures of the full royal? maybe at an angle or two, lighting, etc? only if you're bored, of course | A 5th wheel can be added to the order however we we need to know you want this done ahead of production. A 5th wheel is $212.50 + shipping. I posted a larger image of FRSB in the above post, if you need any other angles/pictures let me know!
And as before, if you want to be added to a list please PM me. This way I know the person on the list definitely wants to be on it, I will not add someone to the list if they post in the thread only. Quote:

The wheels look great! I'm still on the fence due to the stock size. | The 18x9.5 Torque wheel has a lot of concave which limits caliper clearance. If we were to make this wheel in a 6 lug pcd we would have to do a very low offset (20's range to clear the caliper). Quote:
Originally Posted by p0ng0rs How lightweight can these be for that price? | We have various applications for the 18x8.5 Torque wheel, in a similar sized 18x8.5 +45 Torque these wheels are 20.8 lbs. The final production CTS-V Torques will be right around the same weight
