Platinum V with Red Calipers

Guys,

I have been trying to find pictures of a platinum V with red calipers and only seem to find black Vs. I am considering powdercoating them rather than painting, but would like to see a picture either way. If anyone has a picture of this setup, please post it, or email me at dannycwhite@gmail.com.

That seems to be the problem I ran into as well, just can't find any that aren't black. I think it looks good on black cars, but want to see what it looks like on a platinum v.

I have seen yellow calipers with black 19in wheels on a platinum one. It looked great. Maybe you should do it and be unique.

I was also thinking about painting the entire car lambo green and weld the two rear doors shut to make it a coupe.

I haven't seen the yellow and black, but I could see how that would look good. I would just have to see a picture.

O wait I ment black wheels not black car. It was a platinum car that I saw that combo on.

I am having my rims powder coated tomorrow and was going to paint the calipers red but decided against it. I really like the silver calipers matching the car.

What color are you planning on powdercoating the wheels? I was considering doing that too. I like the dark charcoal look, not black, on a platinum car. If that was the case, the darker wheel may offset the caliper color enough to leave it silver.

I know Kona San has his wheels powdercoated Black Chrome with Red Calipers, but I've only seen it in person... I dont think he's uploaded pics. I have a Plat. with Dark Grey - Charcoal Powder coated Access. Rims, I like the Silver Calipers better than red.... Matches the car.

Well I was going to do dark gun metal but after seeing this picture, I have changed my mind and will be doing Matte Black.

Good Choice... I like mine alot... But If i had to do it over again I would prob go witha Matte Black with a Satin Finish.

Since your going all blacked out - sounds like you need some black fogs

Any hope for us infrared owners? I suspect red with red won't look too good. I'm thinking potentially chrome to match the chrome wheels....

There is a redline owner on here that has redline calipers. Looks good on that color. I don't have the link off hand, but search for redline calipers and I am sure you will find it.
