Where can 55w kits be found for both the lows and fogs? That is something that is hard to find in search. I've tried. |

Getting to the fogs is really easy provided:
1. You jack up the car and remove the front wheels
2. You fully remove the plastic fender liner (about 6 plastic tabs to remove then the whole section pulls out completely)
HID kits are typically in the $80-$200 range depending on the kit and where you get it. Labour is your own time (probably a couple of hours if you take it slow). Whatever you do, don't take it to the dealer or you'll get charged 4 hours labour alone.

They work great. http://ddmtuning.com/hidkihidbuhi.html I got the 6000k 55w for the fogs, and man they are BRIGHT! Don't know if you should get the 55w for the low beams. I haven't ordered the low and high beams yet, but I think you might be causing problems for other drivers with the 55w in the low beam spot. |

Just turn them all the way left or right depending on what light you are doing. It should take you about an hour to do. Just use double face tape and stick the ballast onto the top of the fog light housing. |

I ordered the 35 watt kit in 8K because I didn't want my fogs to over power my headlights.

I have the DDM tuning 55w kit for sale.
Yes you don't strictly need to remove the wheels but if you want to save some skin (literally) please remove the wheel well plastic liner. The wheel needs to come off for that to happen as there's a PITA plastic tab just behind it. |

Clear/smoked lens replacement pics would also be VERY VERY helpful.
I just need to get my lazy ass up and do this. Maybe when the snow comes and I wont be driving the V for a couple days since.
TIA |
