Hey, I just noticed it. I kinda like it,,,,but I wouldn't replace my mesh. Looks good on the CTS.

my wifes lt platinum srx has that same sport grill...and it does look more high end, but not more high performance. but.....it has crossed my mind to steal those huge ass exhaust tips they install factory on the 07/08 drivers pkg srx's.  |

I think you should only be able to get the grill from the dealer if you own a V. |

IMO the sport grille looks better than the stock V grille. But I powdercoated my V grille black and that looks amazing to me.
I'd never put a sport grille on the V, because the V's.. well.. a V.
But since the CTS isn't a V, we didn't want to put the V grille on it, especially since it has a V bumper. |

I was down at Disney this past week and was urged o go on the GM test track. I kept saying I have a better experience in the garage, but I went anyway. After the ride there is a little GM showroom and have the SRX Sport wit the Northstar in it. Checkout the lower fasia on that. It's more intense then ours and I think sticks out more. It's rims are also polished aluminum. Looks real nice. I think our wheels would look good if they came that way also. As far as the sport grill goes to keepon topic,it does look good. If you want to do it, it was nice knowing you, but I wouldn't change mine. |
