Don't worry, it wont happen again. | Doesn't matter what you asked for. At the end of the day, we don't go to bed pondering how you messed up your V. It's a miniscule part of our day and doesn't have any bearing on our lives. So why don't you treat this thread as the same?

I do like my Fuzzy Dice though.....

Trying to get me started aren't you Sarah? LOL Honestly, I think for the center console and maybe the radio are is more classy as I like that look but I also think it looks much better in pics than in person! The rest is too much for me and like someone said, I would have to see it in person!
Fuzzy dice guy: They are for a select crowd and besides that, they were in when the Hula hoop was invented!
BIGJIM: Yesterday was as posted, a misery Monday after a long weekend in South Florida, and I guess I misread the post as I thought you wrote about doing swede but now I guess I get it, you meant swede (saweed) as in...yah yah, pretty good JIM! lol |

I do think you guys have too much time on your hands to come up with your retorts though. I'm lucky if I get 15-20 mins a day to check in on this and a few other forums. And I find it interesting that some of the same people who bashed people asking legitimate questions in other threads for reposts, waste of a thread, "use the search noob" and "read the faq" etc etc etc doing in this thread exactly what they were bashing people for (essentially, taking what could have been a useful thread, and turning into a useless one).
You know what really bothers me here? When all you "veterans" bitch and moan because someone asked a question before searching; when you do search for an answer to why something on your car is going wrong, you know what you get? About 1000 threads like this one. And you wonder why no one searches.
Ok, I am done now [climbing down off his soapbox...] |

I really don't mind the aluminum trim look but I'm a carbon fiber guy myself.....I ordered my 06 S4 with the carbon fiber trim. If the V had carbon fiber trim as an option that's the way mine would look. I chose the "GM Old School Black Plastic" trim option for the V. And we all know that GM does not skimp when it comes to the V interior, right? |

Ok, I am done now [climbing down off his soapbox...] | Well sir, most of us 'veterans' at least pay the supporting member fee to be able to get the info. we need much easier! The fee is a miserable 17 cents a day or so! If you can't afford that then please do me one favor? Let me know when that cheap junk, unclassy, flimsy sh*t peels off your interior!
Good day grumpy! |

And we all know that GM does not skimp when it comes to the V interior, right? | I think it all depends on the application. I typically like wood grain. In the past that is what I have always used.I only used aluminum here because of the steering wheel, and I dont think wood looks good in an all black interior. Had I been able to get the light grey interior (which is what I wanted) I definitely would have gone with dark burl wood.
Carbon fiber looks good in cars that have multi-colored interiors.
And yes, they definitely went all out with this interior. Funny how the base 2.8L interior is the best looking (in my opinion). |

Good day grumpy! | Ha, I was waiting for the supporting member comment; I knew I would get at least one of you riled up! Though I was kind of hoping for some more witty repartee from Mr Hemi himself (wherever in Hemi-land he may be)... |
