LED Lights Mod...HELP with trunk liner?

I bought all of the LEDs from autolumination.com that I needed. I put all of them in today except the front triangle lights, the license plate lights, and the back up lights.

How in the hell do you get that trunk liner down? If I just try to yank on it, the liner cracks and makes a nasty sound! The little plastic rivets are deep sunk into the liner, so I can't stick anything under them to pop 'em out! I must be missing something here! It can't be that difficult!!

Help please? I'm clueless

Those plastic fasteners are shaped like little Christmas trees- they just yank out. Slide a flathead screwdriver or sturdy dinner fork between them and the liner, then pry upwards (They make a special tool for it, but either of these will work). Don't worry about the cracking sound, it's just the fasteners coming out. The liner itself is quite flexible with nothing to break.

Don't worry man it is a PITA..I have the trim tool tony's talking about and it's still a PITA, it's not bad after you take em out a couple times...and have fun with the triangle lights....another PITA, but doable.

Yeah I have the interior lights all done at this point and I took the trunk liner off, but haven't gotten around to doing the back up lights or the front triangle lights yet. I'll def post up some pics of the interior lights though.
