I received my swayde (

) shifter the other day from Luke. Put it on a few hours ago. As Stuckey said, very simple install. The only thing that is really needed to be done is the shifter stalk must be removed from the V2 leather boot and put on the V1 leather boot. No point in making a redundant how-to because Stuckey's was point on, for an already simple install. Just peel back the leather a bit and it pops right off, no problem. Here are a few pics I snapped with bad lighting from my garage (it's raining here in NJ).

I forgot to take a before picture, so the closest thing I could find was this picture after installing Heavy's Fire Extinguisher mount which kind of shows the factory shifter.
And after.....
Overall, very happy with how it came out. I think it's safe to say it's pretty much identical to the stock shifter as far as weight goes, but it feels very nice in your hand. Also, I know a lot of guys were worried about whether the shifter would match the interior nicely. Turns out it is spot on with the swayde inserts. All in all it's a great mod...it really looks great and the car should have came from the factory with it. Great idea Stuckey

I know Luke said he only had 10 or so in stock before back order and I can think of 3 or 4 of them that are already gone (to friends of mine), so if you want one, I suggest calling soon. Hope this helps anyone on the fence.
