I see a few things that concern me about the engine shot. First the master cylinder and brake booster are rusted to hell. Secondly (and this may be because of the poor quality of the photo but...) the engine looks messy. Not dirty, but there are a lot of hoses and wires everywhere, which could mean vacuum and electrical issues because the routings are messed up. Get a better picture of the engine.
I personally would jump at the opportunity if the car ran and drove "good enough." But I'm under the mentality that if it runs, it can be fixed. |
