Arrgghh! I too have this problem..Interestingly, I was sent this TSB for an issue I'm having with my center high mount stop lamp:

The repair procedure in this bulletin must be followed when replacing the High Mount Stop Lamp Assembly.


Maybe the replacement weatherstripping and stop lamp gaskets will help..I've got to replace/install them regardless...We'll see..
