I have been paying attention today, and you are absolutely right Sal; if I have page up more than a minute or so and try to post, I get the security token error.

So the quick fix is, if you have been looking a page for minute or so and want to do a quick reply, hit reload first. Otherwise if you get the error, your message is still in the quick reply box. Copy it, reload, then paste and post.
