928S, you are justified with your grievance against your dealer. There is no acceptable excuse in causing this damage and then not taking responsibility for it either!
I would be just as upset, you paid good money for this option and they need to make it right.
I have had my 2 rear tires replaced and all 4 road force balaanced and have not had this happen to my vehicle. The responsibility is with the service department.
