UPDATE - I think I've identified the root cause of all of my problems, and it is a mod. My Coastal Technologies lockpick, once removed, made everything go away. I didn't even consider it, since it went in the day after I got the car. It must have fried and was manipulating the Vehicle Speed Sensor reading. The BCM was disabling the EBCM. This, so far, is my hypothesis. I wil keep my fingers crossed.

Well hopefully you've figured out the problem child with the car and solved the majority of your issues. Again it demonstrates why dealerships deny warranty work when certain Mods are involved. Be they actual contributors or just perceived.
