Nick seems like a totally cool guy and we all appreciate his contributions to the forum, but the way he handled this situation is completely uncalled for. In the case of telling a Service Manager to go f*** himself and then getting his warranty claim denied, it's a case of messing with the bull and getting the horns. I usually don't talk to anyone that way, but I especially make a habit of never insulting people who handle my food, work on my car, etc. |
Agreed 100%. Unless someone at the dealer was feeling up his girlfriend, stealing from the OP or threatened physical violence, there is NO EXCUSE for that behavior...ever...
