Why not give Nick a break....sounds like he needs one. Clearly he is passionate about his car (as many of us are, hence the forum). He made a sizable investment because he loved that car. Given the multiple servicing issues that the car required, he unfortunately vented his utter frustration to the service group and on the forum. Maybe not so diplomatically...but that too is a learned art. Clearly his latest experience was the explosion of many experiences that inevitably became the straw that broke the camel's back.

Note his frame of mind in earlier post "this too shall pass".

C'mon gang, give him the benefit of the doubt....he has helped many of you
and I know I have learned quite a bit from his posts.
