I think a cold air intake is a simple mod, and one that should be fine. Perhaps his trunk mod goes too far (It does in my book) but again isn't it on the dealer's and Cadillac's onus to prove that the mod caused the problem prior to pulling the warranty?

I mean if I installed one of the slick D3 cold air intakes is Cadillac going to pull my warranty?
