Okay, I figured out what causing the problem... The trunk release switch was drawing constant power when the car was off. I removed the fuse and the battery is now okay. But the question now is "how is the amp and/or cd player related to the trunk release switch? I'm going to conitnue the troubleshooting by disconnecting the connector on the trunk release mechanism and see if the draw is coming from there, if not it has to be the switch on the drivers side door. All opinions would be appreciated. |
