Ok, thats all fair, when there are state borders and not counrty borders...What if you had to cross to canada would a 600mi trip be considered road trip or glorified day trip?

Saudi is one of the strictest borders in the world. They have every right to strip your car down and request you move in 5 mins...or they will tow it and inpound it. I have to do it two times if i want to go from Q8 to Dubai. Q8 to saudi, once, then qatar to saudi, twice, (ok i am also gonna see some friends in Qatar. Give a dog a bone here...) total km 900-1200. If i go to Oman i will hit 1500km or about 900mi.
