I think someone has a poor opinion of comfort because I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that both my 78 Coupe and my 93 Brougham are absolutely by far more comfortable to drive and ride in than any other vehicle I've seen.
There's just no comparison to the way a full size Cadillac rides. Now as for the FWD Cadillacs, they're not AS smooth but they're far far better than any Passat or other that I've been in.
Every time I ride with someone else, it really makes me appreciate the fact that I dive Cadillacs.
I'd much rather travel in my DTS than my daughters Passat.
