Well, I got my part today ! I E-mailed thier Customer Service E-mail address, and no sooner do I do that, and they E-mailed me back (about 6-7 hours later) telling me my part has been shipped ! Super fast shipping (they used Fed. Ex.). I will definitely be doing business with them again !
As far as calling them, that's a great idea, however, I don't think they have a number to call. Or, at least in their FAQ sections it says that they have no phone number, they answer all thier questions through their CS Email address. |
