EDIT: I made an assumption in my first post. I said that the cornering light wasn't working, but it ended up being the bulb.

Does this change where I should look for the problem?

Now the problems are:

1. NO turn signal lights on drivers front.
2. When i put on the left turn signal, the arrow on the dash does not flash, even though the rear signal flashes (fast).

3. NO hazard lights, I don't know if this is related. (no arrows illuminate on the dash either when hazards are switched on)
