Only you can decide if you like the pinstripe. Although I wouldn't pay extra for a pinstripe (personal opinion), I have seen some that were nice enough that I wouldn't remove.

I owned a car about 10 years ago that came with a pinstripe and after I owned the car for a while it grew on me. I really enjoyed the subtle way it allowed me to confirm it was my car just by looking at the exterior.

P.S.- looking at your pictures again, the pinstripe looks pretty good. However, I would want to see the car at a distance (in daylight) as I suspect the overall look will blend together nicely.
