That's not a bumper cover,that is the bumper. It's a soild plate of chromed steel backed by plastic shock absorbers. (even though it's not supposted to be able to rust, did you get it changed?) So what you would have to do is remove the whole bumper.
The gray rub strip is bolted or clipped into the bumper. Once the bumper is removed you can remove the rub strip. |
