My last post on this discussion to nowhere. You're disclaiming mods you haven't done to your own vehicle, based on your definition of scientific proof. Since you're not willing to take your car down the track, it all becomes moot.
I deal strictly with the empirical world of the track. Come down to CCMP at Rusk, TX, and we can put this to rest very easily. Under equal conditions, if my setup is making the HP I'm claiming, I should have a clear performance advantage at the track.
