When my car was stock (fastchip was on, so it wasn't totally stock) at just about 137-139mph the car would hit a wall, it was like no matter how hard I pressed the accelerator the car wouldn't go any faster. So I assume that 138mph is the speed at which the wind resistance equals 210hp on that car. (I got about 10hp from the addition of the fastchip.)

Even now at 275hp my car can just barley do over 150mph, it seems that much horsepower should get you going faster, but remember, for the Bugatti Veyron 16.4 to accelerate to 155mph only takes 270hp, but to get to 253mph takes all 987hp!
