You really only need to get a hex adjust if you think Ron @ Vengence might advance or retard your cam. I'd talk to him about it and see. I went that route since I was getting a custom ground cam, and wasn't sure what the 'real' specs would be untill I got it, thus I wanted that safety net. If Ron doesn't think he'll do that, then I'd go with the KaTech.

I also used 7.425" pushrods, FWIW, because I have an LS6. Check with Ron on this, and make sure you tell him you have an LS6, and not a LS1/2.

Make sure you do a nice write-up, with pics, vids, before and after dyno's, etc. You are going to love having a cam, and it REALLY turns heads.
