N/M found it myself... Also found out it is a 429 big block 340HP @ 4600rpm and 10.5:1 compression

For 1965–1970, Cadillac used an 8 digit VIN #. It breaks down as follows:

J8100009

The first digit, J, represent the Body Code Letter, See Chart below for reference.

The second digit, 8 represents the year code, which is the last digit in the year, i.e. in 1968 the 8 is the last digit and would therefore be the year code.

The last 6 digits, 100009 represent the vehicles production number for that year.
