Sounds like you need to contact the local Cadillac rep and see if they will do a courtesy buy-back. I know that my first Escalade I only had about 45,000 miles on it when I traded it in and I had to take it in to the dealer 2 times in those 3 years. My 07 Escalade I have had at the dealer once in 6000 miles. I know what you mean about having a car in the shop every other week, my 07 Mustang GT was in the shop more in the first month of ownership than it was in my driveway. After that, it has been back once for a recall. Don't get too discouraged, although it is a major convenience having to drop it off, then not have a vehicle the rest of the day.
How many different problems have you had?
