It's not just the dealership, it's the truck, the truck is a nightmare. Every other week something breaks or does not operate correctly on the truck. I made the mistake of buying one when I should have looked at reviews on it. I see the reviews and customer complaints and reliability ratings,on Edmunds and motor trend etc; and I cannot express how much I regret buying this thing. Because I'm experiencing most of the problems that owners have complained about. All the GM vehicles I have owned have always given me trouble. Juxtaposed to the imports that I have owned. But the escalade takes the cake. I have had a laundry list of things repaired on this vehilce and I have a 2008 Escalade that I bought brand new and I have only 852 miles on it.I have learned my lesson, this is my last GM vehicle.
